1. Pool Design:
We mark utilities, set elevations, protect existing landscaping/hardscape, and establish access routes. Erosion control and temporary power/water are set if needed.
2. Job Site Preparation:
We dig to precise depths and profiles, haul soil, and prepare the subgrade. If soils require, we implement over‑excavation and recompaction.
3. Excavation :
A steel rebar cage is tied to engineered specs for strength, crack resistance, and long‑term durability—especially important for complex shapes and raised walls.
4. Rebar & Forming:
We run suction/return lines, spa loops, auto‑fill, overflow, and feature plumbing. Electrical includes bonding, grounding, lighting conduits, and equipment power—laid out for efficient hydraulics and safe operation.
5. Plumbing & Electrical Rough‑In:
We pneumatically apply concrete to create a monolithic, structural shell. After shaping and finishing, the shell cures to achieve designed strength.
6. Shotcrete/Gunite Shell:
We install waterline tile, spa tile, and coping (stone, concrete, or porcelain). This frames the pool visually and provides a durable edge detail.
7. Tile & Coping:
Choose concrete, pavers, stone, or porcelain systems. We integrate drains, expansion joints, and transitions to doors and landscaping for a clean, safe finish.
8. Decking & Hardscape:
We set pumps, filters, heaters or heat pumps, salt/chlorination systems, automation panels, valves, and actuators—sized for energy efficiency and easy maintenance.
9. Equipment Installation:
Options include quartz, pebble, polished aggregate, or tile interiors. We balance aesthetics, texture, and longevity, then fill and begin startup.
10. Interior Finish:
We brush, balance chemicals, and optimize circulation for crystal‑clear water from day one. You’ll get simple maintenance guidance.

We add LED lighting, bubblers, deck jets, sheer descents, rain curtains, laminars, and fire‑and‑water features—designed for drama and relaxation.
